1. Connect device in Normal mode
2. open homepage http://jazz.wifi/login.htm
3. Goto settings and check software version like b12 or b55 etc
4. download Unlock File 
5. turn off antivirus or windows defender
6. run unlock File
7. put device in 9008 mode by shorting Boot point (two points located with memory card)
8. Select Option 01 and Enter 9008 Port No. which is showing in Device Manager like Diagnostic Qualcom 9008 = 12
9. when This process end...connect device in Adb Mode
10. unlock device and than Repair Imei
